Overview
Smashed Avo will create and share an annual calendar with key marketing dates. It will include all scheduled communications, send dates, and preview links. We’ll use client-provided images and videos, but can use stock assets if needed.
Process
In the first week of each month, Smashed Avo will send a proposed subject calendar for the next month. After approval, we’ll create the emails and texts and provide a preview for feedback. Edits will be made if needed and resubmitted for approval. Once finalised, the communications will be scheduled in Klaviyo for the following month.

Analytics
Smashed Avo will leverage Klaviyo’s advanced analytics to gain deep insights into our email and SMS campaigns. This data-driven approach will allow us to continuously optimise our messaging strategy, improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. By tracking key metrics monthly, we can identify areas for improvement and implement targeted adjustments to enhance campaign performance and deliver a superior customer experience.
