TRA Australia: a multi-channel WooCommerce and MYOB estate
An online store that matches a family-owned RV brand built on engineering quality
What we did
TRA Australia makes towing and caravan equipment with a reputation built on engineering quality. The store had to live up to that, and so did everything behind it: their stock and order truth lives in MYOB, and their sales come in through more than one channel.
What we did
The store. A WooCommerce build designed for easy browsing and purchasing, with less friction through checkout, that reflects the reliability the business is known for.
Order sync that does not lag. The original WooCommerce to MYOB sync polled on a schedule. We replaced it with instant webhooks, remapped the payloads, tested against live orders and cut over with zero downtime.
eBay as a first-class channel. We aligned SKUs across the full catalogue including variations, then built the integration that polls eBay fulfilment, looks up or creates the customer in MYOB, and raises the sale order automatically, with error handling and retries. The existing WooCommerce integration was left untouched throughout.
Monitoring that earns its keep. A delivery carrier going quiet used to be something customers noticed first. Our monitoring automation alerts on transaction silence, knows about public holidays so it does not cry wolf, and auto-completes WooCommerce orders on delivery confirmation. It has managed real carrier incidents without customer fallout.
Plus the supporting estate. Carsales syndication, email infrastructure migrated to Postmark with proper DNS, a Google product-ratings pipeline, wholesale shipping logic and GS1 barcode registration across the catalogue.
This is build and integration work, presented as exactly that. We keep the store, the ERP and the sales channels agreeing with each other so the family can get on with making things.

Both channels create customers and sale orders in MYOB automatically.
