Two pages live, one strategic roadmap, all inside 14 days.

Most agencies want to build the whole site upfront. We have done that and watched too many pages get scrapped six months later when the strategy was wrong. Our Foundation engagement flips it. We build the homepage so you can see we can build, and we build the 13-module strategy roadmap so you can choose, with data on the page, which pages get built next.

After that, your monthly plan turns your own conversations into marketing output. You have one 30-minute call a month. The system does the rest.

Step 1

The Foundation

$2,500

One-off. 14-day delivery.

You sign on, we send you a 6-question onboarding prompt you run through your preferred AI (15 to 20 minutes). We pair that with a 30-minute discovery call, then we build.

What lands on day 14

  • 1.A live homepage on your domain. Copy, design, hero, contact, the lot. TinaCMS so you can edit text and images yourself. Hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
  • 2.A 13-module strategy roadmap. Also live on your site. Business overview, persona, marketing plan, customer journey, recommended sitemap, micro-briefs for each page, traffic source map, mood board, phase plan. Four sections ship as draft assumptions and get sharpened with you at the day-7 review.

From there, the strategy page is the menu. You pick which pages to commission next, in what order, against the keyword and competitor data we have already put on the page. Each additional page is quoted separately, scoped to what you actually want, between $500 and $2,000 per page depending on category.

  • 24-hour business-hours response SLA

New pages, new integrations and major redesigns are quoted separately at $180 an hour in 5-minute increments. Tool subscriptions (ad spend, automation platforms) are passed through at cost.

The Foundation engagement runs on a fixed cadence. Here is what happens, day by day.

    You receive the 6-question onboarding prompt. Run it through ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. 1

    30-minute discovery call

    We fill any gaps from the onboarding, talk through brand direction, confirm the decision-maker.

  3. 2-3

    Research

    Keyword research, competitor scan, traffic source analysis. The data that populates your strategy roadmap.

  4. 4-7

    Homepage build

    Copy, design, hero, sections. Live on a staging URL by end of day 7.

  5. 8-10

    Strategy roadmap build

    All 13 modules populated with your business data. Four flagged as draft assumptions for the review session.

  6. 11-12

    Review session

    We walk you through both pages, refine the four draft sections, lock the strategy.

  7. 13

    DNS cutover, go live

    Production deploy on your domain. TinaCMS handover so you can edit copy and images yourself.

  8. 14

    Wrap and decide what is next

    Recap email. You pick which Phase 2 pages from your roadmap you want to commission, in what order.
