Your website should look like the business you actually run

Most of the sites we replace were fine when they were built. Then the business grew, the phone became the main screen, and the person who could edit it left. We rebuild around how you win work, and we hand it back in a state your team can keep current.

What we hear on the first call

  • “Our website looks tired on a phone and nobody here can change it.”
  • “We look smaller online than we are. It costs us on the big quotes.”
  • “The last agency built it and now we cannot get hold of them.”
  • “People find us, then ring to ask something the site should have answered.”

A rebuild is worth doing when the site is costing you work. If it is only costing you pride, we will tell you that and suggest something smaller.

How the work runs

Four steps, and a fixed price agreed before the build starts.

  1. Work out how you win

Who buys, what they need to see, and what they ring up to ask. The pages follow from that rather than from a template with your logo on it.

  2. Design the pages that matter

The home page, the money pages and the contact path get real attention. The rest is built to be consistent and quick, not to be admired.

  3. Build it fast, and build it to be found

Clean markup, real page speed, the search foundations in place from day one, and a phone layout that gets designed on its own terms.

  4. Hand it over properly

You get the accounts in your name, a walkthrough recorded for whoever joins later, and a site your team can edit without ringing us for a price.

Two sites you can open right now

Both are ours, and both are live.

The Brunetti Oro online store we built and run

Web and eCommerce · Melbourne

Brunetti Oro

A Melbourne institution with a famous name and an online store that was not pulling its weight. We took on the whole digital side and rebuilt the store around how people actually buy cake, including same and next day delivery across Melbourne.

  • WooCommerce store designed around same and next day delivery across Melbourne.
  • Built and run by us since 2020, still ours today.

The TRA Australia store we built for caravan and camping parts

Web and eCommerce · caravan parts

TRA Australia

A family-owned leader in Australian RV and caravan accessories, with a reputation built on engineering quality. The site had to live up to that, and so did everything behind it.

  • WooCommerce store built for easy browsing and a shorter checkout.
  • Orders from the site and from eBay land in MYOB without a keystroke.
  • Carrier monitoring that knows about public holidays, so it only alerts on real outages.

It starts with a Digital Roadmap

Before anyone designs a page, we spend half a day on how the business wins work and what the site has to do about it. That is the roadmap.

You leave with a written report covering personas, the sitemap, the page plan and the keyword research, a deck you can share, and a fixed price for the build. You own the report whether or not we build the site.

$1,200 to $9,600, excluding GST.

How the roadmap works
  1. Workshop Half a day with the people who know the business. Face to face or online.
  2. Written report Personas, sitemap, page plan, keyword research and the order of work.
  3. Deck and quote The plan in a form you can share, with a fixed price on the build.

Who looks after it afterwards

This is the question that decides whether a site is still good in three years. WordPress needs updating, plugins get abandoned, forms quietly stop sending, and somebody has to be watching.

Our care retainer covers monitoring, updates, backups and the small changes you would otherwise sit on, with one monthly report you can read. It runs month to month, and it is kept because of the work rather than the contract.

Plenty of businesses run it in-house instead, and that works. We hand over the documentation and the accounts either way.

From $2,500 a month, excluding GST.

What care covers What everything costs

Most people book the call before they have worked out what they need. That is usually the fastest way to find out.

Questions we get asked

The ones that come up on nearly every Web call.

What does a website cost?
There is no build price on this page, on purpose. Builds are quoted as a fixed price off the roadmap, so the number you see is for the plan you have already read. The roadmap itself runs from $1,200 to $9,600, excluding GST, and ongoing care starts at $2,500 a month. Everything we charge for is listed on the services page.
Can our team edit it?
Yes, and that is a design constraint rather than a nice extra. The pages your staff will change are built to be changed. We record the walkthrough so the next person who joins can learn it without ringing us.
Do we own everything?
Yes. Hosting, domains and licences are billed to you directly, in your name, and we set them up and run them. Everything stays in your name if we part ways.
How long does it take?
A focused small-business site is measured in weeks, a larger build with content work in months. The roadmap gives you the date before you commit, and the quote holds it.
