Traffic and leads

Everyone in your industry knows you. Google does not

The businesses that win work on reputation are the ones search treats worst. Nothing they are known for is written down where a search engine can read it. We work out what your buyers actually type, build the pages that answer them, and run the search and ads work month to month.

What we hear on the first call

  • “Everyone in the industry knows us. Google and AI search do not.”
  • “We pay for ads and I could not tell you what they brought in.”
  • “The agency sends a report full of charts and I still cannot make a decision from it.”
  • “Enquiries come in and nobody here knows where they came from.”

The last two are the same problem. If the reporting does not end in a decision, it is not reporting, and it is the first thing we fix.

How the work runs

Four steps, then a monthly rhythm you can hold us to.

  1. Find out what buyers type

The words a buyer with a problem and a budget puts into a search box, including the long ones they ask an AI assistant. They are rarely the words your industry uses internally.

  2. Fix what stops you being found

The technical foundations first, because ranking work on a slow or badly structured site is money spent twice.

  3. Build the pages that answer them

One useful page per thing you sell and per place you sell it, written to be read by a person and structured so search and AI assistants can quote it.

  4. Run it and report in plain English

Search, ads and conversion work run together rather than by three suppliers who never speak. One monthly report that ends in what we are doing next and why.

The Brunetti Oro online store we built and run

Traffic and leads · Melbourne

Brunetti Oro

A famous Melbourne name with an online store that was not pulling its weight. We ran the whole digital side, the WooCommerce store with search, Google Ads and email, as one plan with one team.

  • Online revenue of A$1.96M in the twelve months to March 2026, up 47.9% on A$1.33M the year before. Metorik platform reporting.
  • 22,555 orders, up 42.4% year on year.
  • A$194K of email-attributed revenue over two years, measured in Klaviyo, from flows and campaigns we built and ran.
  • Organic search traffic up 46% year on year. The SEO strategy was ours and the delivery was white-labelled.

It starts with a Digital Roadmap

Search work fails when it starts with tactics. The roadmap starts with who buys, what they search for and which pages you are missing, so the first month of work is planned rather than guessed.

You leave with the keyword research, the page plan and the order of work in writing, plus a fixed price for the first move. You own it whether or not we do the delivery.

$1,200 to $9,600, excluding GST.

How the roadmap works
  1. Workshop Half a day with the people who know the business. Face to face or online.
  2. Written report Personas, keyword research, the page plan and the order of work.
  3. Deck and quote The plan in a form you can share, with a fixed price on the first move.

What sits under Traffic and leads

Small Business SEO builds the visibility. Marketing Oversight reads across everything you already pay for.

Running it month to month

Search and ads are not a project with an end date. Once the foundations are in, the work becomes a rhythm, new pages, new keywords, ad budget moved to what is converting, and a monthly conversation about what to do next.

That is our growth program, where search, ads and conversion work run together under one plan. It carries a minimum term, because a search program judged after six weeks tells you nothing. Ad spend is billed to you directly, in your name, so you own the account and the history.

If all you need is the website kept safe and current, the care retainer starts lower, at $2,500 a month.

Growth programs from $6,000 a month, excluding GST.

How we price

Most people book the call before they have worked out what they need. That is usually the fastest way to find out.

Questions we get asked

The ones that come up on nearly every Traffic and leads call.

What does this cost?
Growth programs, where we run search, ads and conversion work together, start at $6,000 a month excluding GST and carry a minimum term. Website care on its own starts at $2,500 a month. The roadmap that comes first runs from $1,200 to $9,600. Ad spend is billed to you directly and is on top. Everything we charge for is listed on the services page.
How long before we see something?
Ads can produce enquiries in the first month. Search is slower and usually starts showing movement in three to six months, sooner if the site had obvious technical problems we could fix early. We will tell you which of the two your situation suits before you sign anything.
What about AI search?
The same work helps, with one addition. Assistants quote pages that answer a question cleanly and are structured well enough to be read. That is what we build anyway, so it shifts the emphasis and it does not add an invoice.
We already have an SEO agency. Can you check their work?
Yes. Marketing Oversight is a service you buy on its own: owner-side advice across your suppliers, spend and evidence, with no channel of our own to defend. Sometimes the answer is that your current agency is doing fine.
