Turn a famous Melbourne cafe brand into a serious online retail channel
What we did
Brunetti Oro came to us with a strong brand and an online store that was not pulling its weight. We took on the whole digital side: the WooCommerce store itself, search, paid traffic and email, all run by one team with one plan.
What we did
The store. We managed and developed the WooCommerce store through two years of growth, keeping a high-volume site fast and reliable while orders climbed past 1,800 a month.
Email. We built the full Klaviyo program: welcome series, browse abandonment, thank-you and winback flows, plus around a hundred campaigns. The flows alone settled into a run rate of roughly A$15K a month in attributed revenue. A Christmas campaign brought in A$36,000 from eleven emails.
Search and ads. We ran the SEO strategy and the Google Ads account alongside the store work, so the traffic, the landing pages and the checkout were all answering to the same plan.
The engagement wrapped in May 2026 with the store handed over in good order. The numbers above are platform-reported, not estimates, and we are happy to walk through how each one was measured.
