Ordering parts with the right information.

ASP sells agricultural and maintenance parts. Its store needs to handle account access, related components, stock information and delivery eligibility.

Our contribution

We built customer-facing shop features around the existing business systems. Weka owns the connector between MYOB Advanced/Acumatica and WooCommerce. Our work uses the data it supplies.

Compatible parts alongside the product.

Shoppers can select quantities for compatible parts from a product page. Selected items are added as separate cart lines, with stock availability taken into account.

Wholesale account access.

Our portal work covered the login, application and first-time setup routes, along with a custom password-reset email.

Business data supporting shop features.

The storefront uses synced information for stock, backorders and eligible delivery rules.

  1. Business system

MYOB Advanced/Acumatica holds the relevant business data.

  2. Weka connector

Weka’s integration supplies data to WooCommerce.

  3. Shop features

Our storefront work uses that data for the customer experience.

Scope illustration. Eligible free-delivery orders still sync to Starshipit.

ASP Components

Ongoing store development.

Alongside the portal and compatible parts, we improved backorder messaging across the shopping journey and implemented eligible free-delivery rules.
